Participants will focus on how citizen’s initiative and activism can be used effectively in 21st century democracies. Together, participants will discuss themes such as citizen journalism, neighbourhood activism, e-governance and open data to construct a ‘co-creation’ manual with suggestions how different societal agents can co-create democracy.
