Blender! –event in Stockholm 18.3.2010 mixes creative companies from different European metropoles

Blender! is a networking event for companies in the creative industries. Thursday March 18 th Blender! gathers creative companies to Stockholm to network, envision the future, discuss the weak signals and to build the future together.

The goal of the half-day event is to mix and match companies coming from different fields of creative industries, representing different European cities. In small groups the companies shall discuss weak signals, upcoming changes affecting their business and together analyzing the new business opportunities that the changes could bring along. Along with the discussions the participating companies shall get training in pitching their ideas.

The City of Stockholm is inviting you to meet companies from 11 european cities to participate in this free networking event in Stockholm. The invited companies should be willing and capable of contributing to the discussions with other creative companies from different countries, eager to network and to willing to improve their pitching skills.

The event is organized as part of the Creative Metropoles –project. The EU funded Creative Metropoles –project is at three-year project with 11 European metropoles working together for the benefit of creative industries. Blender! Stockholm will be moderated and produced by the Finnish association for developing the creative industries – Diges ry. 

Blender! Stockholm takes place on Thursday 18 th March at 11.30 – 18.30, at the artist studio building WIP: Sthlm situated 6 minutes with commuter train from the city center and the central station.
