First joint experience exchange event to be held in Warsaw
Research team of the CREATIVE METROPOLES project has conducted a mapping study in all 11 involved cities, researching existent CI support systems, identifying and analysing good practices in the 5 policy areas designated by the project, as well as identifying priority branches of the creative economy. Research results and study cases will be presented on the first joint experience exchange event in Warsaw.
This event will cover three out of five project themes: Architecture of the public support for CI sector, Finance for the Creative Industries, Demand for Creative Industries, and will bring together examples and case studies from Amsterdam, Berlin, Birmingham, Helsinki, Oslo, Riga, Stockholm and other cities.
On the Management Team event evaluation meeting to be held on Friday, 23rd October, project partners will analyze the research findings, case studies and start the planning process for focused partner-to-partner study visits to be carried out within the framework of CREATIVE METROPOLES project.
Results of experience exchange will later on also be consolidated into a Portfolio of Best Practices consisting of 5 individual brochures for each of the policy areas.
